1-1. Where can I buy tickets?
Same-day tickets may be purchased from the B1 ticket counter. You can also purchase advance tickets online. With advance tickets, you can select a date and time for visiting Sky Circus and the VR experiences, allowing you to enjoy your visit much more smoothly.
1-2. How much are the tickets?
Adults: ¥1,800; students (senior high school, university, or technical school): ¥1,500; children (primary school or junior high school): ¥900; infants (aged 4 or over): ¥500; seniors (aged 65 or over): ¥1,500. Purchase of additional tickets is required for the Tokyo Bullet Flight and the SWING COASTER. These additional tickets must be bought in conjunction with the entry ticket, so TOKYO BULLET FLIGHT-only and SWING COASTER-only tickets are not available.
1-3. What is the maximum number of tickets that I can buy online?
Up to six tickets may be purchased per transaction.
1-4. If I have a ticket for a specific date and time, can I enter the venue without the need to queue?
Gaining entry to the venue may take some time depending on the operational status of the elevators and the number of people visiting at the time. Please allow plenty of time to enter the venue.
1-5. Can I use a credit card or electronic money to buy tickets?
The following credit cards may be used to purchase tickets: Sunshine City, Orico, Saison, Visa, Master, JCB, Amex, Diners, and UnionPay. Electronic money from transport smart cards may also be used to purchase tickets from the ticket counter.
1-6. Do you accept gift vouchers?
The following credit cards are accepted: Sunshine City Card, Orico, Saison, Visa, Master, JCB, AMEX, and Diners; as well as the UnionPay card. Also, when purchasing tickets from the same-day ticket counter, you can also use the following credit cards: UC, MUFG, Mitsubishi Estate Group, and Discover; as well as e-money from pre-paid transport fare cards.
1-7. Do the tickets expire?
Tickets are valid for the date and time specified.
1-8. I lost my ticket on the day. Can you issue me with another ticket?
Tickets cannot be reissued on the day.
1-9. I bought my tickets online but I have lost the QR code that was sent to me. Can you issue me with another QR code?
Once we have confirmed your reservation number and customer details, we will be able to issue you with another QR code. However, this excludes the case when a third party has already gained entry to the venue using the lost QR code.
1-10. Can I cancel a ticket and request a refund?
We are unable to accept on-the-day requests for changes, cancellations, or refunds for same-day tickets or advance tickets, except for when we are closed for business. Customers are liable for the full amount.
● Cancellation of credit card payments or UnionPay online payments: (1) Up to 5 working days before, cancellations can be made online. (2) From 4 working days before to the day before at 20:50, cancellations can be made at the B1 ticket counter.
● Cancellation of convenient store payments: (1) Before making your payment at a convenience store, cancellations can be made by waiting for the payment deadline to pass. (2) From after your payment to a convenience store has been completed to the day before at 20:50, cancellations can be made at the B1 ticket counter.
*Cancellations are subject to a ¥100 handling fee (incl. tax) per transaction.
1-11. Our group will have less people in it. Can I request a refund?
Tickets purchased online: You may cancel your whole order online up to five business days before the specified entry date. You can then make a new purchase for tickets for the required number of people. (Cancellations are subject to a ¥100 cancellation fee per transaction, inclusive of tax.)
Tickets purchased on the day: Requests for refunds will not be accepted.
1-12. Our group will have additional people in it. Can I buy additional tickets for my group?
You may purchase additional tickets if there is availability for your desired date and time.
1-13. Do you offer any refunds or discounted tickets due to bad weather or bad viewing conditions?
We do not offer any refunds or discounted tickets due to stormy weather, poor visibility, and the like.
1-14. How can I buy tickets for the TOKYO BULLET FLIGHT and Swing Coaster?
These tickets must be bought in conjunction with an entry ticket. One person gaining entry to the venue may purchase one ticket for each of the two rides: TOKYO BULLET FLIGHT and Swing Coaster.

1-15. Do you offer any special rates or discounts for group reservations?
Group reservations are available for parties of more than 20 people.

1-16. Do you offer discounts for disabled people?
Disabled visitors who hold a disability card plus one companion may purchase tickets at half price.
1-17. Can I purchase tickets with a disability discount online?
Tickets with a disability discount may be purchased online. Please make sure to present your disability card when entering the venue.
2. Operational Information and Facilities
2-1. What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are from 10:00AM to 10:00PM (last entry is one hour before closing time). However, these hours may change depending on the conditions on the day. Also, ticket sales from the 1st floor basement ticket counter are available from 9:30AM to 8:50PM.
2-2. When are you closed?
We are open all year round. However, we may need to close due to the conditions on the day.
2-3. Can I re-enter the venue?
Unfortunately, visitors are not allowed to leave and re-enter the venue.
2-4. Do you have any coin-operated lockers?
A limited number of coin-operated lockers are available inside the venue near the entry gate.
Also, there are coin lockers offered in the Sunshine City hotel, so please use them.Please refer to the "Various Services" section of the Sunshine City official site for further details.
2-5. Do you have any smoking areas?
We do not have any smoking areas as the whole venue is non-smoking. Please use the smoking areas provided inside the Sunshine City Building.
2-6. Are there any items that I am not allowed to bring into the venue?
Please do not bring in any large-sized bags, raw food, or any hazardous materials such as any ignitable, flammable, or explosive substances.
2-7. How long is generally needed to enjoy the whole venue?
It depends from person to person, but it generally takes between 1 to 1.5 hours to get around the whole venue.
2-8. Is there a limit in the length of time I am allowed to stay?
There is no limit in the length of time you are allowed to stay. However, on busy periods, members of staff may be forced to enforce some crowd control.
2-9. Can I bring a stroller into the venue?
Yes, strollers are allowed inside the venue.
3. Shop and Cafe
3-1. What are the shop's opening hours?
The shop is open from 10:00AM to 10:00PM.
3-2. What are the cafe's opening hours?
The cafe is open from 10:00AM to 10:00PM (last orders are 30 minutes before closing time).
3-3. Can I make payments at the shop and cafe using a credit card or UnionPay card, as well as electronic money?
The following credit cards are accepted: Sunshine City Card, Orico, Saison, Visa, Master, JCB, AMEX, Diners, UC, MUFG, Mitsubishi Estate Group, and Discover; as well as the UnionPay card. In addition, e-money from pre-paid transport fare cards is also accepted.
3-4. Can I make payments at the shop and cafe using gift vouchers?
Payments may be made using Toshima-ku gift vouchers, Sunshine City gift vouchers, MUN gift vouchers, JCB gift vouchers, UC gift vouchers, Diners Royal gift vouchers, VJA gift vouchers, Mitsubishi Estate gift vouchers, and Sunshine City shopping vouchers. The cafe also accepts JF gourmet gift vouchers and Sunshine City food and drink vouchers.
3-5. Do you offer mail order services for goods?
No, we do not offer any mail order services.
3-6. Can I reserve a table at the cafe?
We accept reservations for a portion of seats.

3-7. Can I enter the venue just to buy souvenirs or use the cafe?
The shop and cafe are only available to visitors who have purchased tickets to enter the venue.
4-1. Can I take photos? Can I use a tripod or selfie stick?
You may take photos at the venue. Please kindly use tripods or selfie sticks while being considerate of others around you.
4-2. Can I consume food and drink inside the venue?
Bringing your own food and drink (including picnics) to the venue is not allowed.
4-3. Can I enter the venue with my pet?
Entry into the venue with pets is not allowed. However, guide dogs, hearing assistance dogs, and other service dogs are allowed to enter the venue.
4-4. Do you have any toilets for wheelchair users?
The venue does have a toilet for priority use by wheelchair users.
4-5. I would like to borrow a wheelchair. Can I reserve one in advance?
We do not offer wheelchair lending services.
4-6. Do you lend out strollers?
Although they are not available on site, there are rentals offered at 4 locations on the B1 (general information office and broad street information office) and 1 (water fountain information office and broad street information office) levels of Sunshine City Alpa. Please reach out to the information office on the day of for rentals (the numbers are limited).Please refer to the "Various Services" section of the Sunshine City official site for further details.
4-7. Do you have a nursing room?
There is no nursing room in the facility. Please use the baby rooms (from 10:00 to 20:00) on the B1, 2 and 3 levels of Sunshine City Alpa. Please refer to the "Various Services" section of the Sunshine City official site for further details.
4-8. Do you provide diaper changing mats?
One changing mat is provided within each of the men's, women's, and wheelchair user priority toilets.
4-9. Do you have a car park?
The building has a 24-hour car park with a capacity of 1,800 vehicles. Please refer to the "Parking Lot" section of the Sunshine City official site for further details.
4-10. Do you offer discounted or free car parking?
Parking discount services may be offered in relation to the price of admission or amount spent at the shop and cafe. Please refer to the "Parking Lot" section of the Sunshine City official site for further details.
4-11. Do you offer discounted or free bicycle parking?
Free bicycle parking is available for visitors who have purchased an entry ticket or made a purchase in the shop or cafe. For more details, please refer to the "Transport Access (Visitors Arriving by Bicycle)" section of the Sunshine City Official Site. Please note that free bicycle parking based on the purchase of an entry ticket is only available on the day of entry.
